STUDENT TRAVEL AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY
- I understand that I need to read this completely before I continue.
- I will receive my electronic ticket by email during the two weeks prior to my class start date.
- I understand that I need to plan today not when I get my electronic ticket.
- I understand that I will depart the airport very early in the morning and
may return very late in the evening and I am making plans with that in mind until I get my exact itinerary.
- I understand that the best way to contact Paradise Travel is by email and I have made note of their email address.
- I understand that this is very important First Responder training and Paradise Travel will make every effort to
accommodate me.
- I understand Paradise Travel arranges my flight from my home to depart the day BEFORE class starts,
therefore, I understand that the day before class starts is an authorized travel day and I will plan accordingly.
- IRTB: I understand Paradise Travel arranges my flight back
to my home departing no earlier than 1pm as per EMRTC policy.
- PRSBI: I understand Paradise Travel arranges my flight
back to my home departing early Saturday morning from El Paso
as
per EMRTC policy.
- CANCELLATION: I will advise
Jim Lehner, CPP, First Responder Training Scheduling Manager and
Paradise Travel if I have to cancel by emailing:
jlehner@emrtc.nmt.edu
and respond@goparadisetravel.com
- Quick Fact: Albuquerque Sunport (ABQ) is a medium-size hub airport. ABQ handles 15,000 passengers per day
compared to Las Vegas, Nevada, which handles over 175,000 passengers per day --the nation's 6th largest airport.
- This means that there are NOT a lot of non-stop flights to ABQ or El Paso.
There are only 39 cities that provide a non-stop flight to ABQ
and even less to ELP.
